She loves inspiring others to feel strong and balanced through intentional movement. In 2025, Stacie is excited to expand this mission with a second studio in Wyoming, fostering connection in a new community. When not at the studio, Stacie stays busy keeping up with her family, experimenting in the kitchen, or cozying up with her Kindle.

barre3 Wyoming | Barre Classes at Metro Health Village

barre3 Wyoming | Barre Classes at Metro Health Village

Barre3 Wyoming sits in Metro Health Village on Heath Drive SW, the walkable medical-and-retail district built around the University of Michigan Health-West hospital, close enough to fit a class around a shift. Fruition, an independent açaí and juice bar, is steps away on Health Drive. Just north, the George P. Tilma Nature Preserve hides a wooded maze of unmarked trails where neighbors walk dogs and spot deer among the wetlands. Come in before or after a shift, or a loop through the preserve, or work barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 Wyoming studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
