Lindsy Fagan

Hi! I’m Lindsy. I fell in love with barre3 after my first class in 2011 and have prioritized it in my life ever since. It’s the one thing that keeps me feeling like the best version of myself - for me, my husband, and our twin girls. Barre3 has been a constant through the most defining seasons of my life - years of infertility treatments, all the stages of motherhood, the rollercoaster of small business ownership, and healing through two breast cancer journeys. It’s where I come to feel strong, supported, and connected to women who inspire me daily - and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same impact through barre3. I’m so grateful to have been part of this community as a client for so many years - and now, as a studio owner!

barre3 Vancouver - Felida | Barre Classes in Felida

Barre3 Vancouver - Felida offers barre classes in Felida Village, at the corner of NW 119th and 36th, next door to Mt. Tabor Brewing. Follow 36th a mile north and the road drops to the Felida Bridge and the west end of the Salmon Creek Greenway. Three paved miles run east along the creek from there, through wetlands and bottomland forest where herons and beavers turn up. The trail ends at Klineline Pond, where people swim all summer. Come in before a walk on the greenway, or keep barre3 in your weekly rotation.

Our barre3 Vancouver - Felida studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
