I had heard of Barre studios in other cities, so when barre3 opened in Tucson, I knew I had to try it. With my background in dance, being on the University of Arizona Pomline, and teaching fitness classes, it felt like a natural extension of what I love. Plus, having recently had a baby, the play lounge made it the perfect studio for me. After my first barre3 class, I knew I had found the perfect workout for me! I loved every aspect of it—from the strength training and cardio to the energizing music and lights, as well as the supportive vibe from the teachers and community. I left feeling energized, recharged, and couldn't wait to come back for another class. I am most excited about building a strong, supportive community here in Tucson, where people can come together to focus on their health and wellness. I can't wait to create a space where everyone feels welcomed and empowered. Seeing the impact that barre3 can have on people’s lives and being a part of their fitness journeys is something that truly excites me!

A neighbor introduced me to barre3 in 2014. With dance and music being a passion of mine, a beat driven workout is exactly what I needed in my life! It quickly became my favorite. After my first barre3 class, I felt energized and challenged, I knew this was my new home! I felt welcomed by other members, and inspired by the instructors, then I sprinted to the front desk to find out how to sign up! I am most excited for the community! My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome to come as they are, and leave feeling successful and balanced. I love to encourage others in their fitness goals, and I am so excited for the opportunity to share my love of barre3 with everyone that I can. Being an instructor since 2015, I have seen firsthand the impact barre3 can have, physically and mentally. barre3 truly is a workout for everyone, no matter age or fitness level.

barre3 Tucson - Foothills | Barre Classes on Skyline Drive

Below the Santa Catalina Mountains, barre3 Tucson - Foothills is in Plaza Colonial on Skyline Drive, in the heart of the Catalina Foothills. The studio brings barre classes to a stretch of north Tucson where the desert climbs toward the peaks and the city spreads out below. La Encantada, with its open-air shops and restaurants, sits just across Skyline, its terraces looking out at the range. The Finger Rock Trailhead, a steep climb into the Coronado National Forest, is a short drive northeast. Come in before a morning hike, or keep barre3 on your weekly schedule.

Our barre3 Tucson - Foothills studio offers three classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
