Hi, I’m Michelle! I am a Washington native and started training clients and teaching fitness classes at my family’s business, The Ephrata Athletic Club when I was just 18. I taught everything from yoga to kickboxing! After the birth of my first son, I developed a debilitating chronic condition that left me barely able to get out of bed most days. Through that experience I found a more holistic approach to wellness that helped me recover from my condition. I had to redefine fitness and find a different approach to moving my body. That’s when I found barre3! Barre3 was the first place I heard anyone tell me to listen to my body and to work with it, not against it. After moving to Spokane in 2016, I started dreaming of bringing barre3 to the Spokane community. I opened my own studio, taught yoga, worked with athletes and studied myofascial release. Then in 2024 when our beloved studio became barre3, I jumped in immediately to be an instructor. When the opportunity presented itself, Olivia and I decided to jump in together and continue sharing barre3 with our North Spokane community! The community here has been such a gift in both Olivia and I’s lives and we’re beyond honored and excited to share that gift with you! My first job title is Boy Mom and it’s my favorite job. When I’m not at the studio I’m with my 3 Irish lads playing basketball or football in the living room. Most weekends you’ll find me on the sidelines cheering on my boys or rooting for the Zags or the Oregon Ducks. We can’t wait for you to experience the barre3 North Spokane magic and to move with you!

Hi friend, I’m Olivia! I’m your b3 Spokane North owner! I fell in love with barre3 when the Barre Code transitioned in 2024. I experienced the b3 workout experience pregnant, postpartum, and beyond. I truly was able to honor my body, move in a way that served me in all of my seasons, and I grew stronger in my passion to provide this experience for others! Barre3 was the first experience I had with breathwork, mindfulness, and celebrating my body in a way that honored what I needed. Fast forward through 2024 to now… and wow! I am beyond excited and shocked to be the owner of this amazing studio and community. As a North Spokane native, I truly love and feel passionate about our community. It’s unlike any other- inclusive, welcoming, and supportive. I commit to provide a space where movement is pure joy, our bodies are celebrated in and out of the studio, and our community feels like family. The North Spokane community has been a gift to both Michelle and I, and we’re honored to cultivate this with you! When I’m not in the studio, I am a full time mom of three girls, spending time with my supportive husband, Seth, and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. We are here for you and cannot wait to meet you!

barre3 Spokane - North | Barre Classes on North Division

At the north end of Division Street, where Spokane gives way to ponderosa pine, barre3 Spokane - North offers barre classes a mile east of Whitworth University and the tall pines that shade its campus. Six miles northwest, the Little Spokane River winds through a natural area where blue herons nest in the cottonwoods and pictographs painted by the Spokane Tribe more than 250 years ago sit behind a protective grate, steps from the trailhead. The river draws paddlers all summer. Drop in before a morning on the water, or keep barre3 in your weekly rotation.

Our barre3 Spokane - North studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
