Studio Owner

Kelly Bryant

Following a lengthy career as a registered nurse, Kelly became a board-certified nurse practitioner in 2019. She was thriving and working for a successful medical spa in Dallas when, in 2020, COVID stopped everything including her career. Three months later, Kelly was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer. Just when she thought her life was coming together, everything fell apart. One thing that remained a lifeline during this time was barre3. As a long-time member of barre3 Richardson, Kelly continued to take live stream and outdoor classes during the pandemic, all while her chemo pump was attached to her side. Kelly has been in remission from cancer since November 2020. Following her treatment, she decided not to return to the medical field. Motivated by a newfound passion to share the mental and physical benefits she has gained through barre3, she and her husband decided to open barre3 Rockwall. Kelly aims to empower individuals on their journey with a testament that any obstacle can be overcome. At barre3, we believe in the strength of community and warmly welcome you to join us.

barre3 Rockwall | Barre Classes on Ridge Road

barre3 Rockwall | Barre Classes on Ridge Road

On Ridge Road at the south end of town, barre3 Rockwall shares a block with Eggsquisite Cafe. The Harbor is a short drive west, where the Scott Self Lighthouse marks the shore of Lake Ray Hubbard—a 22,745-acre reservoir with more than 300 miles of shoreline, one of the largest lakes in North Texas. A walking path follows the water past the restaurant patios, the lawn fills for the city's summer Concert by the Lake series, and boat rides run from the docks. Stop in before a walk along the water, or make barre3 the anchor of your week.

Our barre3 Rockwall studio offers barre3 Signature and b3 Strength—two classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using a barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—with heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
