Jamie Kuhn

HI friends! I’m Jamie Kuhn. My husband, Jon, and I are the owners of barre3 Pittsburgh. While my love of all things fitness drew me to try The Barre Code nearly 8 years ago, it is the awesome sense of community that has kept me coming back, first as a client, for the past two years as an instructor, and now as an owner. Jon and I are so excited to bring the barre3 experience to Pittsburgh – he loves this community just as much as I do! We’re the proud parents of two rescue puppies and a rescue cat, and three kids.

barre3 Pittsburgh - North Hills | Barre Classes at McCandless Crossing

In McCandless Crossing, the open-air town center on Providence Boulevard, barre3 Pittsburgh - North Hills sits a short walk from La Roche University and UPMC Passavant's McCandless hospital, close enough to fit in a class around a shift. North Park, Allegheny County’s largest at more than 3,000 acres, opens a short drive north, where a five-mile paved loop rings its lake, with a walking lane and a bike lane the whole way around. Grab a class before a lap around the lake, or build barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 Pittsburgh - North Hills studio offers three classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
