I instantly fell in love with the barre3 mission, vision, and our company's values when I took my first class at the barre3 OKC opening day in 2010. The physicality of the class is so special but the mission and message hit home for me. I became a certified instructor in March 2011 and shortly after, I was given the incredible opportunity to be the instructor mentor, instructor manager, and trainer for owners all over the state of Oklahoma. I have been lucky enough to assist in opening multiple studios and developing the skill sets of instructors and owners at four barre3 studios. Barre3 was my career for nine years straight when the chance to own barre3 OKC came my way in 2020. I jumped at the chance to give back to the community and studio where my barre3 journey began and in my home city. I find the deepest joy in watching clients fall in love with barre3 and shifting their relationship with fitness and their bodies. I truly love teaching our movement but live for the moments before and after class. Find me and let's connect!
