Hi! I’m Daniella, and I first discovered barre3 when I heard there was a new fitness studio coming to my small mountain town. I started taking pop-up classes and immediately loved how strong and balanced I felt. At the time, I had two toddlers, and when I learned that barre3 had a play lounge for kids, I knew I had found my fitness home. Owning barre3 Flagstaff is a dream come true and perfectly aligns with my passion for building a community where everyone feels welcome to come as they are.

Hi, I’m Kelly, and I found barre3 when my wife and business partner, Daniella, introduced me to classes. After my first barre3 class, I understood what made this community so special. As an owner of barre3 Flagstaff, I’m dedicated to supporting others on their journey for health and balance, inside and out. Beyond the studio, you can find me mountain biking the trails of northern Arizona or spending time with my family.

Barre3 Flagstaff is in Aspen Place on Piccadilly Drive, just off Historic Route 66 and east of downtown Flagstaff. Northern Arizona University (NAU) is just minutes away, and the studio is conveniently located near the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS). Whether you're stopping by before exploring downtown or fitting a workout into your weekly routine, barre3 Flagstaff makes it easy to move your body and feel your best.

Our barre3 Flagstaff studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
