Studio Owner

Suzy Mihocik

Suzy Mihocik discovered barre3 in 2014, shortly after leaving her job in public accounting to spend more time with her husband, Bob, and their three children. She fell in love with how she was able to find both challenge and success in every class she took while building strength, endurance, and balance! She became a barre3 instructor in 2016 and quickly realized she wanted to fuse her background in business with her love for barre3 in becoming a studio owner. She has owned the Powell studio since 2017 and is thrilled to be opening another location in her own community of Dublin!

barre3 Dublin | Barre Classes on Hospital Drive

barre3 Dublin | Barre Classes on Hospital Drive

Barre3 Dublin sits on Hospital Drive, next door to Dublin Methodist Hospital—an easy stop before or after a shift. A short drive southeast, the Field of Corn plants 109 human-height ears of white concrete in rows on the old Frantz family farm, a 1994 artwork Dubliners call "Cornhenge." East of the studio, historic Dublin lines the Scioto River, where the Dublin Link footbridge crosses to Bridge Park and Indian Run Falls drops through a wooded gorge downtown. Stop by before a morning along the river, or make barre3 a regular part of your week.

Our barre3 Dublin studio offers everything you need for a balanced practice. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. B3 Mindful Flow uses breath-driven movement to restore your body and build the mobility and ease your body needs to keep up with your life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
