Hi, I am Nikki Roenicke and first discovered barre3 when I was fresh from maternity leave looking for a workout that was easy on my body but still challenging. After my first barre3 class I knew I had found something special - an incredible workout and such a supportive uplifting community. 8 years later I opened barre3 Lakewood Ranch and am incredibly passionate about creating a space where everyone feels included and safe from judgement. Our goal is to have our clients leaving feeling stronger and more empowered.
