Hi, I’m Hannah, the proud owner of barre3 Asheville. I discovered barre3 in 2015 in Columbia, SC, where I quickly fell in love with the high energy, beat-driven classes. Barre3 was unlike any workout I had experienced. I loved that I’d leave class feeling energized and balanced, instead of depleted or discouraged. I loved the instructors reminding me “to listen to your body” and “don’t forget to breathe.” I loved the diverse community of clients and instructors lifting each other up and creating a welcoming, inclusive space. When my husband, Alex, and I moved to Portland, OR, for his medical residency in 2018, I decided to pursue my goal of becoming a barre3 instructor. I taught in Portland for three years before moving back home to the southeast and settling in Asheville. Barre3 is more than a workout, and it is a dream to bring barre3 to this community. I cannot wait to welcome you inside our doors! Outside the studio, you can find me enjoying one of Asheville’s many restaurants or breweries, hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway, and spending as much time as possible with Alex and our two young children, Heidi and Bennett.

barre3 Asheville | Barre Classes at Biltmore Park

On the south side of Asheville, off I-26, Biltmore Park Town Square gathers shops and restaurants around a walkable green, and barre3 Asheville sits right in it on Town Square Boulevard. Luella's Bar-B-Que serves Carolina-style plates by the green, where summer brings Friday concerts and a Thursday farmers market. Lake Julian Park is a short drive southeast, with a fishing pier, paddleboats, and shaded picnic lawns along the water. Stop by before a morning at the lake, or build barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 Asheville studio offers barre3 Signature and b3 Strength—two classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using a barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—with heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
