Aurora Jones is a life-long sports and wellness enthusiast. She made fitness an important part of her lifestyle at Colorado State University, where she taught group fitness classes and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. Aurora worked for 24 Hour Fitness in a variety of roles including brand communications, sports and entertainment marketing, and advertising production. Aurora fell in love with barre3 because of its approach to whole body health and the way it transformed her body after having three children. She moved to Austin with her family in the summer of 2011 and opened the Circle C studio October 2014. Aurora is incredibly passionate about motivating clients to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.

barre3 Austin - Circle C | Barre Classes on Slaughter Lane

Barre3 Austin - Circle C sits on West Slaughter Lane in southwest Austin, a short drive from the Veloway—the city's 3.1-mile paved loop reserved for bikes and skates, one-way, no pedestrians or dogs. It runs behind the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and its bluebonnet fields. Circle C Metropolitan Park spreads west along Slaughter Creek, with gravel trails and a shaded picnic ground. Come in before a lap, or keep barre3 in your weekly rotation.

Our barre3 Austin - Circle C studio offers three classes that complement each other across your week. Barre3 Signature blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete full-body workout, using the barre, core ball, and weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and sharpen balance. B3 Strength is the deeper muscle work—heavier weights and slow, deliberate movement that builds the kind of strength you feel in your everyday life. B3 Cardio brings the heat—a high-energy, full-body push that leaves you feeling accomplished and clear-headed, not wiped out. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
